We bring you their best products via the internet, and they ship those products directly to your door. This completely eliminates the retail store, and all those costly retail "overhead" markups are gone forever!

How "up to date" are your products?
The products we sell are always the newest models and latest updates. We update our site with the latest products as they become available from the manufacturer.

What about shipping costs ?
Shipping costs are based on the costs charged by the carrier. All products are shipped via UPS Ground or UPS Worldwide.

To ship to Hawaii, Purto Rico and to Alaska is $70.

PayPal our Merchant Account Provider does not have an option at this time to pay the difference in Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Overseas. Please email us at info@scootermotion.com for payment instructions for these shippments.

When should I expect delivery?
Virtually all our products leave the warehouse by the second business day after you order; many times it's faster than that.

During heavy shopping seasons, it may take up to three days to leave the warehouse. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS Ground and UPS Worldwide shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the time, is from three to seven business days within the USA, longer for international shipments.

What about overnight delivery?
Overnight and second and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. Please bear in mind that it may take a day or two for the manufacturer to ship the products from the warehouse in the first place.

What if I need warranty service?
All of our suppliers hold to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of our products are fully warranted by the manufacturer.

If by chance you receive a product which is defective, the manufacturer's warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive.

If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying UPS. If you ever have questions not answered by the manufacturer or by UPS, please contact us at info@scootermotion.com

What if I want to return something?
